FORGOTTEN 1995 yili basinda gitarist Tolga ve baterist Serdar tarafindan kuruldu. Gitarist Can ve vokalist Bülent'in dahil olmasiyla grup çalismalarina hiz verdi. Aynı sene Nisan ayı içersinde kadro tekrar degisti ve sırayla Gitarda Ekrem, Bas Gitarda Kazım, Vokalde ise Cengiz katildi. 1997 yılında Kazım ve Serdar'ın yerine gruba bas gitarist olarak Tears Of Beggar grubunun gitaristi Volkan ve aynı zamanda Autumn grubunun da bateristi olan Emrah katıldı.
1997 yılının sonlarında grup bu kadro ve klavyede Autumn grubunun gitar/vokalisti Orkut Eşber'in yardımlarıyla, 1998 yılında Türkiye'de yılın en iyi ikinci demosu seçilen, pek çok heavy metal dinleyicisi tarafından kült statüsünde sayılan, 1000 kopyaya yakın satan, yurtiçindeki ve yurtdışındaki basından çok iyi yorumlar alan ilk demosu "CONQUER"ı kaydetti.1998 yılı sonlarında Cengiz ve Volkan'ın gruptan ayrılmasından sonra vokalde Barış, klavyede ise Enis gruba dahil oldu.
Barış, Ekrem, Tolga ve Enis'ten oluşan yeni kadrosu ile grup "RETREAT" adlı ikinci demosunu kaydetti. Bu ürün sadece promosyon amaçlıydı ve dünya heavy metal basınından çok iyi tepkiler aldı.
Grup 1999-2001 yılları arasında Tolga'nın askerlik görevi dolayısıyla sessizlik dönemine girmek zorunda kaldı. 2002 yılında underground şirket Innsmouth Productions tarafından FORGOTTEN'ın iki demosu üç ekstra şarkı ile beraber "THROUGH THE FIELDS OF BATTLE 1996-1999" adıyla CD-R formatında yayınlandı. Bu ürün yurtdışı ağırlıklı olmak üzere 750 kopya sattı.
Tolga'nın askerlik görevinin sona ermesinden sonra, 2002 yılında FORGOTTEN biraraya gelmeye karar verdi fakat grup elemanlarının iş ve özel hayatlarındaki birtakım değişiklikler sebebiyle bu mümkün olamadı.
Grup 2005 yılında tekrar toparlanma sürecine girdi fakat bu seferde beklenmedik bir şekilde grubun Lead gitaristi Ekrem'in askere gitmesi dolayısıyla tekrar sessizlik dönemine girdi.
2007 yılında Ekrem’in askerden gelmesi ile birlikte FORGOTTEN toparlandı ve 2008 mayıs ayında yeni promolarını "With the Victory"i piyasaya sürdü ve şu anda sıkı konser organizasyonlarında boy göstermeye başladılar...

FORGOTTEN was formed in 1995 by Tolga(Guitars) and Serdar(Drums). By the meantime Can(Guitars) and Bülent(Vocals) joined the band and Forgotten gained speed. In April 1995 the staff changed; Ekrem(Guitars), Cengiz(Vocals) and Kazim(Bass guitars) joined the band. Then in 1997 Kazim and Serdar left the band. Instead of them Volkan(Ex.Tears of Beggar/Bass guitars) and Emrah(Ex.Autumn/Drums) joined the band.
Through the end of the year 1997 by the help of Orkut Esber(Autumn's Guitars&Vocals) in keyboard they recorded their first demo "CONQUER".This demo was awarded as the second best demo of 1998 in Turkey. 1000 copies of the demo was sold and it received very good comments from both Turkey and abroad.
Through the end of the year 1998 Cengiz and Volkan left the band and Barış(Vocals) and Enis(Keyboards) joined the band.With it's new staff, consisting of Baris, Ekrem, Tolga and Enis; Forgotten recorded their second demo "RETREAT". This demo's idea was just promotion and it received awesome reactions from the world and from heavy metal press.
Between 1999 and 2001 the band could do nothing because of Tolga's military duty. In 2002 they put their two demos with three new songs under the name of "THROUGH THE FIELDS OF BATTLE 1006-1999" on the market(by Innsmouth Productions). 750 copies of this product was sold especially in the foreign countries.
After Tolga's return in 2002 Forgotten decided to gather again; but it did not happen unfortunately because of their private lives.
After that they decided to gather again in 2005 but because of Ekrem's unexpected military duty again it did not happen.
After Ekrem completed his military service, Forgotten reunited and released their new promo "With the Victory" and the band is currently known to be on a hard series of concerts.
